The Halo Group provides professional event planning, management and production services to a broad portfolio of corporate clients. We provided our services to Artemis Investment LLP at the exclusive venue, One Mayfair. The event was held to celebrate the festive season and to reward their staff for a successful year.
Our brief from Artemis was to create a simple yet stylish event format for their office party in an exclusive venue, preferably in Mayfair. Our event planning team was required to source the venue, create an elegant setting and provide all the necessary production services for the function. Our client wanted each of these elements to reflect premium quality from the choice of ingredients on the menu and wine list through to the event’s location, styling and even floral arrangements.
To achieve the end result, our specialist venue sourcing team placed the event at the prestigious One Mayfair venue. The Halo Group’s lighting team used coloured gels to bath the ornate vaulted ceilings, pillars and walls of this former church in warm tones of red and pink. Essential infrastructure was brought into the venue including a stage, bars and chill out seating before being styled in keeping with the surroundings. Tables were dressed in crisp white linen and ornate floral table centres to create a sophisticated dining space. Guests were able to enjoy a 4 course sit-down menu with a specially selected wine paired with each course. Our team of flair bar tenders and mixologists brought a touch of drama, creating delicious cocktails for guests whilst performing tricks much to the delight of all in attendance. To cap the night in style, a DJ and live jazz band provided musical entertainment throughout the evening, keeping the dance floor packed until the early hours.
