The Halo group was appointed as the official event planner for CMS for their office party. The Halo Group has over 15 years' experience providing event services to a broad corporate portfolio. Our client brief was to create a highly original theme for the party, produce the event, design all elements of the set design and of course to manage all areas of the event on the night. Our client wanted the theme to mirror their Global reputation and to incorporate influences from multiple regions around the world. The event brief required an exclusive location, gourmet catering, bar services, entertainment and music all managed seamlessly at the event.
To achieve the end result, our in-house location specialists placed the event in One Mayfair, a blank event canvas space that allowed us to create multiple international themed zones and areas including a European zone, Middle Eastern zone and a Far East zone. Each area featured themed creative production and authentic street food from different regions, all set against a programme of live acts, performers, live music and DJs. The Halo Group also provided staging, sound, light, audio visual services and cocktail bars. As an experienced event planner, The Halo Group perfectly delivered on each and every area of the brief.
