The Halo Group specialises in corporate event management & creative production. Our portfolio of clients includes banks, law firms, brands and venues amongst many others. Endemol UK is a major TV production company and one of our longest standing clients. Each year we create a unique summer event for their staff, with a twist!
Our client wanted to move away from the standard corporate event management model and place the party in an original venue. Our client also wanted to include cocktails and a gourmet street food menu as part of the event format. As Endemol UK had 850 guests on their invite list, the space needed to be large enough to cater for all guests within one space and be open late. The client also wanted an outdoor space with enough coverage to act as a wet weather contingency. The venue also needed to be available on an exclusive hire basis.
To achieve the end result we placed the event at Red Market which offers a wide selection of some of London’s leading pop-up street food traders set within its courtyard. Guests were able to choose from multiple gourmet international cuisines on the night. The Halo Group provided a menu of summer cocktails, sparkling wine and specially selected ales and beers. Renowned London based DJ Aaron Craig provided the musical entertainment on the night, keeping the dance floor packed until the early hours. Our solution delivered perfectly on the brief, providing a unique setting for guests to enjoy on the night.
