Corporate Event London: Endemol UK is one of The Halo Group's oldest clients. The Halo Group specialises in venue sourcing, event management and event production.
Our brief was to source a truly unique venue which needed to include a gourmet food package, full cocktail bar, music, entertainment, creative production and more. The event was to be split into two parts, with a street food and cocktail reception set against background music during the day and an afterparty in the evening. The event space needed to have a minimum capacity of 850 guests and be available on a exclusive hire basis to the client.
Our solution was simple. We built the venue! To answer the brief we placed the event at the Summer Tales pop-up food, bar and entertainment venue in Shoreditch. Operated by Background Bars and designed and built by The Halo Group, this temporary events space boasted a selection of some of London’s leading street food vendors such as Burger & Lobster, Pizza Pilgrims & Forza Win and also featured an exciting roster of world class DJs and live acts, thus making it the ideal location for the event. With this in mind, we negotiated an exclusive hire package on a dry hire basis and kept the food concessions open for the event as well as staffing the bar, providing the musical entertainment and managing the event on the day itself.
