We love unique corporate event ideas when it comes to entertainment. Advertising agency Leo Burnett commissioned The Halo Group to throw them a summer party with all the fun of the fair- so we created their very own playground for the day.
Our brief was to create a summer party format that would work well outdoors and provide unlimited entertainment for all involved. The client wanted a focus on activity and fun with an exhilarating twist.
To achieve the end result our production team dressed the site with bursts of colour, festival style production, bunting, foliage and other quirky features. A large big top provided a bar area whilst fantastic street food vendors served up gourmet treats to guests from their food vans. The site included a helter-skelter, dodgems, a big top, ferris wheel and a host of other rides and attractions. This was a simple format, but it was effective. Guests embraced their inner child as they took to the rides time and time again before retiring to the big top for more drinks and musical entertainment courtesy of our DJ and live band. Roaming acts, magicians and other entertainment provided more corporate event ideas in line with the brief. We love working with Leo Burnett.
